Do you provide International delivery?
We have just started this affair, so there are quite few countries where we deliver : Romania, UK, Denmark, Sweden, France and Austria. We hope that we will be able to deliver in more countries.
How do I return an item?
You can come and return a product at our main shop in Ploieștiori, or send it by delivering. In thins case, we will contact you immediately.
What is your returns policy?
If a customer wants to return a product, he must have the receipt, and the return can be done in maximum 30 days from recieving the product.
When returning a product, the client can choose between getting the money back or replacing the product with one at the same value.

All the products have a 3 month guarantee.
If you are not pleased of our products, you are free to return them and get the money back or exchange the product with other one on the same value, in a term of 30 days.
